The villa is very peacefully situated and all around the property you can enjoy beautiful views of the valley and the village of La Colle-sur-Loup. The owners Rob & Willem believe that real enjoyment only starts when everything is wonderfully clean and fresh, both in and around the house and in your room. There is a parking in the closed garden.

The three rooms are situated on the garden floor and each room has its own terrace, bath or shower room with toilet, air conditioning, television with DVD-player, Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine, kettle, an alarm clock, USB charger for phone or tablet, safe and small refrigerator. All rooms are nonsmokers.

You can use the swimming pool with beautiful terraces with sun loungers. These comfortable sun beds have thick cushions where you can relax. There is also a pétanque field on the premises. In the morning they offer you a breakfast in the cozy dining room or, weather allowing, on the terrace in front of the dining room. Breakfast is included in the price and restaurants, bars and shops can be found at 1 km from the property.
