Their aim for all their guests is to make sure staying in south west England is enjoyable, with the luxury glamping creating a special blend of peace and glamour. They call it Crafty Camping: luxury glamping in a hand-crafted environment suitable for all grown-ups of all ages.
The glamping facilities include woodland showers, a sauna yurt and a communal yurt with games and craft library, while the 'Out of Africa' kitchen and pizza oven further help ensure a restful holiday with a difference. With the accommodation set in approximately 10 acres of private woods, you can feel happily at peace in peace.
The peaceful tranquil and uncrowded woodland setting in West Dorset is 10 miles inland from Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coast 'World Heritage Site', and it is close to Devon and Somerset too. It's perfect for either a short break or a longer holiday.
The Woodman's Treehouse is a totally private and wholly unique experience set high in the branches of a veteran oak tree. Alternatively, try the luxury of the tipi, the two yurts or the shepherd's hut. And the bell tent, at five meters, is cozy but spacious, perfect for many of the guests and is similarly well equipped, including with a king-sized bed.
All of the accommodations feature king-sized beds provided with linen, towels etc., to ensure an unforgettable - and comfortable - night's sleep. The dual control electric blankets make sure you can fine-tune your sleep to perfection. Each tent has its own private clearing or deck, ensuring privacy and seclusion. The owners are always working to ensure all the site's facilities are of similarly high quality too - from private, proper flushing loos to their famous piping hot 'tree showers' and the sauna-in-a-yurt.
This award-winning treehouse is open all year round and the glamping facilities from Easter to the end of October.
