Lovers of the Margaret River region & environment will delight in Old Dairy Cottage, situated just 600 meters from the heart of Margaret River. The single bedroom residence offers contemporary styling and ample living space, the lovely native gardens bring in the bird life and the fruit trees will (in time) be available for guests to plunder.

Old Dairy Cottage provides a simple “starter” breakfast, sachets of tea, coffee and sugar and a complimentary bottle of Margaret River wine. Regrettably, they can’t cater to dietary needs or individual tastes. 

There’s a functional laundry with Miele washer & dryer; as well as a walk-in robe off the spacious (carpeted) bedroom which has a King-size bed, bed-side tables and reading lamps. The compact bathroom has underfloor heating, a shower stall, toilet and hair dryer, together with privately-branded soaps, shampoo and conditioner.

The open plan living room incorporates a full kitchen with an adequate supply of crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans; as well as a dishwasher, stove, oven microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer and full-size refrigerator. There’s also a round-table dining suite for 4, very comfortable seating, free Wi-Fi, a 140cm 'Smart' TV with Netflix and a Blu-Ray player.

Outside, there’s a large (marble-topped) 4-seater setting, bar stools and a Weber gas-fired BBQ, sharing space with delightful gardens. Linen’s supplied and beds are made up, however the property is only serviced when guests stay a week (or more) in which case linen is changed and the cottage is given a light clean every 4 days.
