Its central location, directly on the promenade of Playa del Inglés, makes the way to the beach very close. Furthermore, because of this proximity, you can explore the Dunes of Maspalomas, one of the most important protected areas in the Canary Islands. Casas Pepe has 54 apartments which, depending on the category booked, offer views of the sea or of the gardens and swimming pool. All the apartments have a kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, toaster, electric coffee maker, kettle, microwave and water filter system for consumption; bedroom with two single beds; living room with sofa bed, smart-tv, air conditioning (central equipment, available from May to October), balcony or furnished terrace and free Wi-Fi.

Casas Pepe has a well-developed pool area with swimming pool and whirlpool. The pools are heated during the autumn-winter season (November to April). Right next to the pools is the sun deck and terrace with view on the sea.
