Casas Carmen is a pleasantly small complex of 14 apartments/studios, with a lush tropical garden and a swimming pool with solarium, right by Playa del Inglés. It was a pioneer in this area when it was built in the 70s. It has been reformed on numerous occasions and adapted to guest’s current needs, but its rustic Canary Island architecture has always been respected, maintaining a welcoming air and its high quality.

All the apartments/studios have two levels; the upper level contains the bedroom with a double bed (the bedroom on the ground floor can be curtained off), the bathroom (with shower and bidet) and the kitchen/dining area equipped with a refrigerator, 2 electric burners and a coffee maker.

The ground floor contains the large living room, with an armchair for reading and television with satellite channels, telephone and safety deposit box (for hire). Next to the living room is the balcony or terrace, furnished with a resin table and chairs and two loungers.

The garden houses the pool (heated in the winter) and the solarium, where you can enjoy the sunshine and the great weather on one of the loungers and/or beneath one of the sunshades. Towels for use in the solarium are included.

A cleaning service is included, with a change of towels 3 times per week and a change of bed linen once a week. Minimum stay of 5 nights.
