The site is completely fenced. An electric gate and cameras are keeping the place safe. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, the studio and pool on the 3rd floor.

The villa is located in the most beautiful valley of the Costa Blanca, numerous activities are possible, including spectacular beautiful mountain walks.
